Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial activities of the company and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
Develop and maintain financial systems and controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial risk to optimize the company's financial performance.
Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and drive financial efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven experience as a Finance Controller, Business Controller, or similar role for 5-10 years.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to present financial data in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
