• Job Responsibilities – Finance Manager
• Financial Planning & Budgeting
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor budget performance and control costs.
• Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities.
• Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
• Manage cash flow, fund allocation, and liquidity.
• Monitor receivables, payable, and inventory controls.
• Taxation & Statutory Compliance
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Audit & Internal Controls
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Implement and monitor internal control systems to prevent financial risk and fraud.
• Banking & Financial Institutions
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Handle loan documentation, credit facilities, and bank reconciliations.
• Management Reporting & MIS
• Provide monthly MIS reports to management.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Payroll & Expense Management
• Supervise payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure statutory deductions and compliance.
• Compliance & Risk Management
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Vendor & Contract Management
• Review financial terms of vendor contracts.
• Ensure timely payments and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with other departments for financial planning and control.
• Strategic Support
• Support management in strategic planning, pricing, and investment decisions.
• Assist in business expansion, mergers, or new project evaluations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
