We are looking for experience Manager with hands on experience with Finance and Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models aligned with project-based revenue streams.
Monitor profitability by service lines and client projects.
Accounting & Reporting:
Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per Accounting standards/Ind AS and IFRS.
Manage revenue recognition under percentage-of-completion and time & material contracts.
Taxation & Compliance:
Oversee GST, TDS, PF, ESI, TP and Income Tax compliance.
Ensure adherence to Transfer Pricing norms for international clients.
Cash Flow & Treasury:
Manage working capital, client billing cycles, and collections.
Optimize foreign currency transactions and hedging for export revenues.
Audit & Risk Management:
Coordinate statutory, internal, and other audits.
Implement internal controls for cost optimization and fraud prevention.
Team Leadership:
Lead finance team and collaborate with delivery, HR, and sales teams.
Drive automation in financial processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: CA Inter / Mcom / MBA (Finance).
Experience: 5–8 years in IT/Software services finance roles.
Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and global accounting standards.
Expertise in project accounting, revenue recognition, and foreign exchange management.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Preferred Competencies:

Strategic thinking and ability to support pricing decisions for software projects.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
