About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to lead our finance

and accounting function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting,

reconciliations, compliance, and taxation.

What We’re Looking For

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of corporate experience OR Semi

qualified CA/ MBA (Finance) with 6-8 years of corporate experience

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, GST, TDS, income

tax, and compliance

• Proven experience in handling company accounts end-to-end

• Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems/Zoho) and MS Excel

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Must be Gurgaon-based for an on-site role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations (bank, AR/AP, fixed

assets)

• Prepare financial MIS reports for management review and quarterly/annual

financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns

• Handle taxation, compliance, and audits in coordination with external partners

• Prepare financial reports, MIS, and cash flow statements for management

• Conduct regular bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations

• Monitor internal controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and

company policies

• Coordinate and support statutory & tax audits, liaise with tax consultants,

regulatory authorities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

• Drive automation and digitalization in accounting processes (ERP/finance

software).• Supervise, mentor and develop finance/accounting staff; set objectives and

conduct reviews.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience + performance-based bonus.

Work Arrangement:

(One Saturday a month off). No work-from-home option.
