Monitor PPE usage by employees and educate employees to use suitable PPE at work place
He should have good safety knowledge on PEB erection, construction activities and risk assessment, machine guading safety Training etc.
Knowledge and experience of major accidents hazard Identification and risk assessment process.
Excellent verbal and written skill.
Ability to work affectively as part of team and Influence at all the level. to identify the practical and proportionate solutions and hazard present in workplace.
Knowledge on work permit implemenatation and refer the control measure based on work.
Monitor contractor construction activity closely, identify unsafe practises and suggetions safety best practises to avoid safety accidents in construction and Manufacture process.
Analyses safe lifting procedure by crane, hydras and etc.. check the safety compliance and construction activity.
Daily Take GEMBA walk, identify unsafe act (risk behaviour of employees) correct immediately by Interviewing with help consern line in charge.
Identify unsafe conditions & unsafe practices in shop floor, report to concern HODs correct Situation.
Monitor work permits Implementation at shop floor and suggest hierachy of Controls and hazard.
Conducting risk assessment on Machines and on others operation record finding and Follow close up recommendation.
Min 10- 18 Years Experience
Any Degree & with Knowledge on Industrial safety.
Undergone safety & first aid Training
Automobile Industry / Engineering Industry / Manufacturing Industry / PEB construction Industry
