Requirement Details:

• Designation:

  AGM or DGM

• Experience: 10 to 15 Years
• Qualification:

  B.Tech/M.Tech in Health & Safety

• Preffered Industry:

  Mining or Manufacturing
• Expected Notice Period

  : Immediate to 30 days

Responsibilities & Profile Required:

The Health and Safety Head shall, coordinate and implement occupational health policies and procedures to promote and ensure effective safety operations in the organization.

KRA (Accountabilities)

KRA1

To help assist and acting catalyst in developing Safety culture

•Prepare and implement operational plans for the mine, and monitor and report progress

• Discussion regarding any maintenance-related work.

KRA2

Environment Management

• Maintain compliance of Pollution Control norms.
• Create, implement and monitor environmental strategies to promote sustainable development

KRA3

Monitoring and measurement of Safety Norms

Developing Safety VFLs and competence-building programs for leaders and the Safety team

KRA4

To Audit , inspect and track CAPA on closures

Visiting sites conducting joint reviews ,

Audits and inspection and Developing

CAPA process for Apex Council
