Safety Head Mundra KCL Plant

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures as per KCL guidelines.
Ensure all safety practices comply with KCL regulations and statutory requirements.
Promote and strengthen the safety culture through regular training and awareness programs.
Conduct routine risk assessments; identify hazards and implement effective mitigation measures.
Deliver safety training on procedures, emergency response, and safe work practices.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure adherence to safety norms at the worksite.
Monitor, inspect, and control PPE stock; prevent misuse and ensure availability.
Collaborate with the KCL Corporate Safety team to implement and improve safety systems and programs.

Candidate Profile

5+ years of industrial safety experience.
Must have exposure to
Acid/Chemical industry safety practices
.
Strong understanding of risk assessment, safety audits, and compliance.
Good communication and training skills.
Ability to lead safety initiatives and drive cultural improvements.
