Role & responsibilities Position: Site Head Client: Tata Steel Location: Jamshedpur Experience: 10+ years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Mechanical CTC: Negotiable Industry Preference: Steel Industry Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage mechanical maintenance operations in the Iron Making division. Ensure compliance with du Pont safety systems , promoting a culture of safety and risk mitigation. Supervise and motivate a large site team consisting of 400–500 employees , ensuring operational excellence and team alignment with organizational goals. Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary interface with Tata Steel , ensuring service satisfaction and contract adherence. Collaborate with HR and Admin departments for effective resource planning, employee engagement, and disciplinary processes . Exhibit techno-commercial acumen to balance technical operations with cost-effective decision-making. Preferred candidate profile
