Job Description

Job Title: Site Head Luxury Real Estate Sales (East Pune)

  • Drive sales of luxury units (2.54 Cr range) and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle enquiry site visit negotiation closure.
  • Ensure high conversion ratios by maintaining strong follow-up discipline and sharp closing skills.

2. Site Operations & Team Leadership

  • Head the entire sales operations at the project site.
  • Recruit, train, manage and motivate a team of sales executives.
  • Create a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and disciplined execution.

3. Channel Partner (CP) Ecosystem Management

  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with CPs across Pune, especially East Pune.
  • Conduct CP briefings, project walkthroughs, and engagement activities.
  • Drive CP productivity and ensure continuous CP-led site visits & closures.

4. Client Experience Excellence

  • Deliver a luxury buying experience to every customer visiting the site.
  • Maintain high-quality customer interactions tailored to the expectations of HNI/affluent buyers.
  • Ensure professional handling of objections, negotiations, and deal structuring.

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain daily MIS, sales dashboards, site visit trackers, CP reports, and footfall insights.
  • Coordinate with developers, marketing teams, and leadership for inventory updates, pricing controls, and campaign inputs.
  • Act as the single-point leadership for all on-site activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 815 years of total experience in

    luxury real estate sales

    (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of selling units worth

    2.54 Cr+

  • Strong history of closing deals independently.

Skillset

  • Aggressive, target-driven, and a natural go-getter.
  • Exceptional closing skills with strong negotiation ability.
  • Solid experience in
