Site Head

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Site Head to manage the complete operations of our real estate project site. The candidate will be responsible for handling on-site sales, team performance, customer experience, and overall site management. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and closing abilities to achieve monthly sales targets and deliver high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end site operations and ensure smooth functioning Lead, guide, and motivate the on-site sales team to achieve targets Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures Maintain excellent customer experience during site visits and walk-ins Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and management for promotions & updates Monitor site branding, sample flats, and overall project presentation Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners & brokers Track daily leads, footfall, MIS reports, and sales performance Manage booking documentation, payments, and customer records Resolve customer queries and ensure timely escalations Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Site handling experience preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals Good understanding of real estate market trends and competition Presentable, confident, and client-facing personality Ability to manage a team and coordinate with multiple departments Flexibility to work on weekends & during site events
