Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager - DSMG - Recovery Pool in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1171+ DPD experience. Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the recovery pool process to ensure timely debt collection.
Develop and implement strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide training and coaching to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management.

Job
Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial services, and broking.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with videocon towers or similar technologies is an added advantage.
Familiarity with JM* software or other relevant systems is desirable.
