Job Title: D2C Manager

Location: Noida

Department: E-commerce / Digital Marketing

Reporting To: Head – E-commerce / Marketing

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Manager to lead and scale our online business. The role requires strong expertise in Shopify store management, performance marketing, and growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end D2C business, from website operations to customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shopify Store Management
  • Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store, ensuring seamless performance and user experience.
  • Manage product listings, collections, pricing, offers, payment gateways, and checkout flows.
  • Implement third-party apps and integrations to enhance store functionality (e.g., loyalty, reviews, subscriptions).
  • Ensure compliance with SEO best practices, website speed, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Performance Marketing
  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to build effective ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Growth & Retention
  • Plan and execute CRM strategies including email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing.
  • Manage loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and repeat purchase strategies.
  • Optimize funnels for customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor Shopify analytics, Google Analytics (GA4), and marketing dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, campaigns, and performance KPIs.
  • Use data insights to drive decision-making and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with supply chain, design, and operations teams to ensure timely product availability and fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with agencies/vendors for performance marketing and creative requirements.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in E-commerce/D2C business, with hands-on Shopify management.
  • Proven track record in performance marketing with strong command over Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of D2C growth levers including funnels, customer journeys, and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and Shopify Apps.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in FMCG, Fashion, Beauty, or Lifestyle D2C brands.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Influencer Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Familiarity with Shopify Plus and advanced automation tools.
