Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Increase revenue for Company by hitting / exceeding Customer Service objectives each quarter & by Business Development.
  2. Ensure achievement of waste lifting target as per plan.
  3. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  4. Identify, establish contact, and develop relationships with new potential customers. Listen to their needs and highlight the opportunities we can provide.
  5. Accountable for managing the portfolio of key accounts, and for delivering client focused solutions.
  6. Drive the sales process from prospect to close, negotiating and closing commercial contracts.
  7. Support the Marketing Head in the creation and execution of sales forecasts and pipelines.
  8. Build strong relationships with prospects and customers to maximize sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
  9. Generate own sales leads.
  10. Work closely with the Head of Marketing/Sales to create marketing campaigns and convert those sales leads into profitable business.
  11. Provide regular customer feedback to aid our product development and marketing teams.
  12. Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skill.

13. Making weekly / monthly reports & Presentation as required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or MBA-Mktg [ full time course from recognized Institute]
  • 5to 8 years of Relevant experience in mid/large sized B2B Companies
  • Knowledge of SAP-SD Module- Desirable
