Role & responsibilities 1.Checking and giving comments on BMC/SRA approval plans 2.Preparation& Submission of different documents for approval 3.Good speed in autocad drafting, Experience in Drafting of Plans as per triangulation method & calculating deficiency in Auto cad 4. Basic knowledge of DCPR 2034 5. Keeping track of all SRA/MCGM approvals for all projects 6. Basic idea of approvals, submission SRA/MCGM 7. More into inhouse drawings work, rather outside coordination work Preferred candidate profile Draftsman with real estate Liaisoning, Autocad knowledge, minimum 2 years of experience and draftsman course.
