Job Description Summary

This position is responsible for generating revenue in the landlord representation vertical through business leads, acting as a domain and geography expert with strong client interface skills.

About the Role:

As a Manager or Senior Manager in the Landlord Representation team, you will be responsible for driving business development and executing commercial real estate transactions for mandated projects. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Generating leads and converting opportunities through direct corporate outreach and broker channels.
  • Work closely with Cushman & Wakefields Leasing team and/or the clients Lease Administration, other IPCs, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integration between the service lines.
  • Coordinating lease transactions between clients and developer teams, ensuring smooth execution and timely closure. Ensure timely execution of Enquiries, inspections. RFI, RFP, follow up etc.
  • Ensure updates on surrounding market trends, demand, deals, supply, upcoming supply and competition activity.
  • Managing weekly reporting on pipeline, deal progress, market intelligence, and client interactions and keeping the client (landlord) apprised of market dynamics on a regular basis to ensure that the client is aware on inspections, prospect profile, follow ups, competition, deals, enquiries in the micro market etc.
  • Business development should ensure exposure of all assets mandated for LR.
  • Actively use digital tools for marketing
  • Liaising with legal and accounts teams of developers to facilitate documentation, invoicing, and compliance.
  • Supporting client onboarding and ensuring seamless experience through strong account management and customer success practices.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including leasing, finance, and project management, to ensure alignment and delivery.

This role is highly transactional and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in commercial real estate or corporate B2B environments.
  • Experience working with international and domestic property consultants is an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across functions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in handling mid to large-sized corporate clients.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on relationship building and retention.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
