Description
Expertise in construction contracts and billing procedures specific to India. Understanding of bill verification process flow Review of project costing, budget & cash flow of the project with respect to baseline. Review of periodic progress bills based on completed work and contract terms. Liaise with clients to get bills verified and secure timely payments. Maintain project cost records and reports for financial tracking. Track project progresses against the baseline schedule, identifying potential delays, risks and bottlenecks. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, achievements, and challenges. Understanding of contracts & contract methodology. Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, with sound attention to detail. Keep abreast of latest developments in various real estate sectors, construction technology, disruptions in various asset classes. The candidate shall largely be involved in execution of assignments, coordination with other consultants (if any), account management during duration of the assignment, ensuring the deliverable quality and process management. Excellent communication, presentation and time managementskills, delivery skills Experience in cost consultancy/ billing department/ site execution / experience inworking at cost control division of the Developer. Knowledge of the SAP / MSP (or project scheduling) system would be an added advantage. Primavera.
