Job Description Ensure service desk requests and alerts are being triaged, escalated, actioned, and investigated Lead and manage outage investigations through the incident response life cycle Support the continuous development of the corporate technology stack through service improvements initiatives of daily activities Actively manage access and identities across the business’ IT systems. Maintain inventory of assets, software, network devices, etc Support and develop processes and playbooks to meet the needs of the business stakeholders Mentor, train, and develop service desk and IT infrastructure team members to ensure they are growing and maturing to meet the business needs Work with risk, security, compliance, legal and privacy functions to address security issues that are within the responsibilities of the corporate technology team Develop metrics reporting to request tickets, incidents, requests, and outages to present to senior management Be the main point of contact of Corporate Technology Operations and Engineering for business departments and functions to engage with Maintain a service catalog of all corporate IT services, develop maturity models for all services and multi-year plans for continuously improving service and capabilities Maintain patching and secure configurations of all IT products and services Communicate with stakeholders on upcoming initiatives impacting their work and plan changes to limit disruptions. Key Deliverables Plan and execute improvements to corporate IT systems Resolution of outages and incidents with internal SLOs and SLAs Report metrics for operations activities on a regular basis Manage identity and access for the enterprise Maintain asset inventory, software and hardware purchases, and asset destruction Manage a change control process for all corporate IT changes Skills and Competencies Experience working in a senior position for 5+ years in a IT Operations role managing direct reports Experience developing IT services from and workstation support, to cloud networking Maintain identity and access management to the standards of SOC 2 Worked with industry leading security technologies such as VPN, ticketing systems, patching software, remote management tools, messaging, and email systems. Strong knowledge of system internals, network protocols, and cloud technologies with basic scripting and automation knowledge Jack of all trades technical experience across various subjects such as incident response, workstation management, software management, conference room devices, switches, firewalls, and more Ability to manage multiple priority items at once, delegating tasks, and giving regular updates on progress Strong reporting and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and impact others and drive changes effectively Stakeholders Enterprise Risk Management Development Teams Information Security Cloud Operations Privacy Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/relevant work experience Full Time / Part Time Full time Worker Type Employee Job Exempt (Yes / No) Yes Workplace Model intelliflo’s workplace model is designed to capture the benefits of enhanced flexibility while enabling in-person learning, collaboration, and connection when possible.
