Role Overview: - Ensure service desk requests and alerts are promptly addressed and resolved - Lead outage investigations and manage incident response processes - Support the enhancement of corporate technology stack through service improvement initiatives - Manage access and identities across IT systems - Maintain inventory of assets, software, and network devices - Develop and implement processes to meet business stakeholders" needs - Mentor and train service desk and IT infrastructure team members - Collaborate with risk, security, compliance, legal, and privacy functions to address security issues - Create metrics reporting for tickets, incidents, requests, and outages - Act as the main point of contact for business departments to engage with Corporate Technology Operations and Engineering - Maintain service catalog, maturity models, and improvement plans for IT services - Ensure patching and secure configurations of all IT products and services - Communicate with stakeholders regarding upcoming initiatives and changes Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement improvements to corporate IT systems - Resolve outages and incidents within internal SLOs and SLAs - Regularly report metrics for operations activities - Manage identity and access for the enterprise - Maintain asset inventory and oversee software and hardware purchases - Implement a change control process for all corporate IT changes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior IT Operations role with direct reports - Proficiency in developing IT services, cloud networking, and identity and access management - Familiarity with security technologies such as VPN, ticketing systems, and patching software - Strong knowledge of system internals, network protocols, and cloud technologies - Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate tasks, and provide progress updates - Excellent reporting and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities Additional Details: Intelliflo's workplace model promotes flexibility and collaboration while allowing for in-person interactions when feasible.
