Job Description

As a Project Manager in the Cost and Commercial Function, your responsibilities will include: - Managing project, cost, and commercial functions such as rate analysis, cash flow, budgets, and forecasts. - Preparing budgets, estimations, tenders/bids, bid circulation, comparisons, negotiations, finalizations, and issuing work orders (All Preconstruction commercial work including Quantity Surveying). - Handling commercial clearance, final bills, vendor/contractor identification, and development. - Tracking project progress and comparing commercial vs. physical progress. - Managing Techno-Commercial/Contracts MIS and ensuring value engineering without compromising on time and quality. - Conducting periodic site visits for all techno-commercial matters. - Coordinating with design and execution teams for all Techno-Commercial matters. - Preparing cash flow statements. Qualifications required for this role: - Educational Qualification: BE Civil (Minimum) - Preferred additional Education: ME/MTech/PG in Construction Management/MBA Experience: 10 to 12 Years Industry Experience in: Cost Consultancy/PMC/Real Estate/Building Construction/Contracting/EPC,
