Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and incentive plans aligned with company goals.
  • Design and oversee employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
  • Conduct regular market research and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages.
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to make recommendations for salary adjustments and promotions.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage compensation budgets and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on compensation-related issues and employee reward strategies.
  • Lead communication efforts to educate employees on benefits offerings and changes.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and benefits providers.
  • Monitor and report on compensation and benefits metrics, preparing presentations for senior management.
  • Mentor and lead a small team within the Compensation & Benefits function.
