Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and incentive plans aligned with company goals.
Design and oversee employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
Conduct regular market research and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness of compensation packages.
Analyze compensation data and trends to make recommendations for salary adjustments and promotions.
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to manage compensation budgets and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Partner with business leaders to provide guidance on compensation-related issues and employee reward strategies.
Lead communication efforts to educate employees on benefits offerings and changes.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and benefits providers.
Monitor and report on compensation and benefits metrics, preparing presentations for senior management.
Mentor and lead a small team within the Compensation & Benefits function.
