Job Description

Position Title

Manager - Collections

Position Summary

Overall responsible for achieving efficient operational and financial management for multiple Projects, closely working with internal & external stake holders.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Serve as the central coordinator and primary contact for all billing and collection matters relating to EPC projects across the country.
Oversee and ensure timely and accurate preparation, validation, and dispatch of invoices according to contract schedules and formats, complying with statutory and project-specific requirements.
Track payment milestones, outstanding receivables, and collection status, providing regular updates on DSO, collection efficiency, billing accuracy, and dispute resolution timelines
Coordinate with project, finance, legal, and operations teams to reconcile accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and address collection bottlenecks.
Engage with client authorities to follow up on outstanding payments, support documentation requirements, and resolve disputes or clarifications on invoices and collections.
