Manager - Business Development

Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue. The role requires strategic thinking, strong networking skills, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Attend industry events, networking meetings, and client visits.
• Track and report on sales performance and market opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the interior design/construction industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
