Manager Business Development

Job Summary:
Our Animation Production House is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Manager Business Development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's executives and managing the sales activities of the organization. They will play a critical role in coordinating sales efforts, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for the company's executives, managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries.
Manage sales activities, including generating leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to increase revenue, and report on sales performance.
Pitch the company's services to potential customers through various channels and platforms.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, influencers, and decision-makers.
Coordinate and manage company events and trade shows.
Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and organizing office supplies.
Develop and maintain a system for tracking sales leads, proposals, and client contracts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the animation or entertainment industry.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel and other sales and marketing software.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to pitch the company's services to potential customers through various channels and platforms.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, influencers, and decision-makers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
