Interior Designer

• Job Purpose:

The Interior Designer will conceptualize, plan, and execute interior design projects from initial client consultation to final implementation, ensuring designs align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and 2D/3D visualizations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, material specifications, and furniture plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and design technologies.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in residential and/or commercial interior design projects.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Coohom or similar.
• Strong visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Competencies:

• Knowledge of furniture, materials, and finishes.
• Project management and time management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Ability to translate client needs into functional and visually appealing designs.

Work Environment:

• Office-based with site visits as required.
