Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for sourcing and securing new business to ensure optimal growth for the company's products, in alignment with the set new business targets. Additionally, you will need to service current accounts, develop new accounts to meet sales targets, and optimize the retention of existing business. Your role will also involve providing effective, efficient, and professional service and advice to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. This includes managing individual portfolios and databases of prospects, current clients, and past clients. Staying informed about industry news, opposition activity, product knowledge, and continuously improving your skills and knowledge to perform optimally will be crucial. You will also monitor competitive activity and report significant developments to management, contribute to annual sales/marketing plans, and target key customers effectively. Establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction will be a key part of your responsibilities, including collaborating with other departments to resolve unique customer issues and concerns.
