The Manager – Planning & Budget is responsible for managing the planning, budgeting, and cost control processes across all various projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring that project budgets are accurate, resources are efficiently allocated, and financial risks are proactively managed. The manager collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams to align planning with project execution strategies.
• Preparation of Budget in Varies Level and getting approval from Management.
• Preparation of Budget Vs Actual on monthly basis.
• Preparation of BOQ As per Drawings and the same updating in Cost report.
• Preparing Rate Analysis for Structure & Finishing Items.
• Preparing of material Reconciliation on monthly.
• Monitoring project costs and recommending Value engineering in Possible ways.
• Preparing cash flow as per schedule.
• Preparation of Schedule - Varies level (Master, Micro & Macro Schedule).
• Monitoring the progress on daily basis and conduction the weekly meeting.
• Preparation of MIS Report based on management requirements.
• Preparing Material Requirements and Rising Purchase request on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis.
• Preparation of Running bills on monthly basis.
• Preparation of Non-tendered Items rate analysis and submit to client and get the approval same.
• Preparing of contractor’s Fortnight bills
• Preparation of Free issue material reconciliation with allowable wastages.
• Verification of Statutory Document.
• Negotiating Rates, contract terms & conditions and issuing order to vendor / Contractor.
• Arranging Contractor & Supplier based on project requirements.
• Collecting more Quotes and finalizing the correct Vendor / Contractor.
• Understanding of construction project management principles, processes, methodologies and issuing order.
· Good knowledge in rate analysis for all items of works related to MSB residential, Plot Development and Commercial projects.
· Preparing detailed CTC reports for large scale MSB Projects, Plot Development and Commercial Projects.
· Preparing BOQ and BBS based on GFC drawings.
· Preparing all types of Construction Material reconciliation reports.
· Preparing Master Schedule and Tracking the progress.
· Value Engineering.
· Good presentation and communication skill.
