We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Brand and Communications to oversee, implement, and champion our brand identity across all touchpoints. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary brand advocate for the organization while simultaneously designing and managing our internal communications and engagement strategy. You will drive brand consistency externally, lead internal engagement through our digital platforms, and collaborate closely with business functions on their campaigns to ensure a unified brand voice.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for both external brand building and internal community engagement. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of internal communications and the employee social platform (Intranet), focusing on impactful communication, increased platform adoption, and measurable employee engagement. As a trusted advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams, you will translate business goals into compelling brand initiatives and internal communication campaigns. Your hands-on approach will be critical to planning and executing flawlessly across all brand and communication activities.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Collaboration
- Oversee and lead the adoption of the rebrand across all channels, ensuring consistency in voice and visual identity.
- Translate brand positioning into creative expression and actionable go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Business stakeholders to execute ATL/BTL campaigns that ensure brand resonance and differentiation.
- Engage with and support various business and functional teams on their campaigns, activating the brand identity through artefacts, communications, and client experiences in partnership with internal and agency partners.
- Maintain, evolve, and champion brand guidelines and toolkits across all geographies and businesses.
Internal Communications & Engagement
- Design, implement, and manage the internal communications strategy, ensuring it aligns with business priorities and cultural goals.
- Create structured communication plans to drive employee engagement, organizational alignment, and leadership visibility.
- Assume end-to-end management of the internal social platform (Intranet), including content strategy, platform operations, and user experience.
- Own the intranet content calendar, driving timely and engaging content that promotes traffic, interaction, and collaboration.
- Lead initiatives specifically designed to increase platform adoption and peer-to-peer interaction.
Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Build and manage relationships with creative agencies to produce on-brand marketing and communication assets.
- Act as a dedicated communication partner to internal teams and leadership, crafting impactful messaging that meets their needs.
- Influence senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders with clear recommendations for brand and communication alignment.
- Establish a regular cadence with platform vendors for smooth functioning and feature optimization.
Governance, Insights, and Measurement
- Ensure governance and consistency in tone and branding across all internal and external communication touchpoints.
- Use data-driven insights to refine brand activation and measure brand health.
- Define and track KPIs for internal platform performance, analyzing engagement metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Maintain a feedback loop with stakeholders to continuously refine campaigns and communication assets.
What You Bring: Experience and Expertise
- MBA with specialization in Marketing.
- 8-10 years of work experience, with a proven track record in brand management and demonstrated success in executing internal communication initiatives in medium to large organizations.
- Proven expertise in managing digital internal platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Yammer, Workplace by Meta) and a digital-first approach to communication strategy and execution.
- Strong background in content development, from ideation to delivery across various channels.
