Job Description

Tender/Bids Preparation and Submission
Bid Strategy and Analysis
Cross-functional Collaboration
Client and Vendor Relations
Contract Negotiation and Management

Day to Day responsibilities:

Identify the relevant tenders/bids through various portals daily.
Entry of new tenders and bids in CRM portal and its tracking.
Prepare comprehensive tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Submit tenders within deadlines, maintaining a high level of quality.
Develop winning bid strategies, considering competitive analysis and market trends.
Assess the feasibility and risks of tender projects, providing recommendations for go/no go decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, legal, finance, engineering) to gather required information and ensure a cohesive bid.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns during the tendering process.
Engage with vendors and suppliers to obtain the necessary resources and information for tenders.
Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
Manage contracts post award, ensuring obligations are met and resolving issues as they arise.
Track tender success rates and identify opportunities for improvement in the tendering
Implement best practices and innovative approaches to increase bid success and operational efficiency.
