Job Description

Create visually appealing designs across all formats: social media posts, marketing collaterals, brochures, digital ads, and other creative requirements, ensuring
strict

adherence to brand guidelines
for consistency in look, tone, and messaging.
Create and edit
high-quality videos
for promotional campaigns, social media, and product showcases.
Develop engaging
animations and motion graphics
for various digital platforms.
Work closely with the marketing team to produce visually appealing content aligned with brand guidelines.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and video editing techniques to enhance content quality.
Collaborate with content creators to develop storyboards and visual concepts for campaigns.
Ensure all designs and videos are optimized for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Must have hands-on experience with
Figma
and other related platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a
Graphic Designer
(Portfolio required).
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
and other design software.
Strong understanding of
social media trends and digital marketing visuals
.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to apply them effectively across diverse design requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
1 to 3 years of experience in a related field.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma,
Illustrator
or other design tools is an added advantage.
