Job Description

Manage end-to-end government tendering activities including identification, evaluation, documentation, and submission of bids
Handle Govt e-Tendering portals and GeM (Government e-Marketplace) for bid participation and order processing
Study tender documents thoroughly to assess eligibility, scope, technical requirements, and compliance criteria
Prepare and compile technical bids, commercial bids, BOQs, EMDs, declarations, compliance statements, and supporting documents
Ensure all bids are 100% compliant with tender terms, conditions, and statutory requirements
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, finance, legal, and operations to gather required inputs within timelines
Liaise with OEMs, vendors, and suppliers for quotations, technical specifications, and certifications
Upload tender documents accurately on respective portals within stipulated deadlines
Track bid status, manage pre-bid queries, clarifications, negotiations, and follow up with concerned authorities post submission
Maintain proper records of all submitted tenders, approvals, correspondences, and outcomes
Prepare and update MIS reports, tender trackers, and management summaries on a regular basis
Ensure adherence to company policies and government procurement norms throughout the tendering process
Support post-award activities including order acceptance, contract documentation, and handover to execution teams
Experience in Govt. E-Tendering, GeM, with compliance, documentation etc
