Job Description

As a Benefits SME/Specialist at the MGS Performance and Rewards (P&R), GHR in Bengaluru, your primary role is to support the development and implementation of the GHR MGS P&R target operating model as part of the Project Canyon transformation. Your key responsibilities include: - Serving as a P&R Offshoring Subject Matter Expert: Provide guidance on determining services and processes to be offshored to MGS to the Global P&R COE and Project Canyon Steering Committee. - Developing and Implementing the P&R Operating Model: Design and execute models, processes, and procedures for receiving and operationalizing GHR P&R services transitioned to MGS. - Supporting Transition Execution: Assist in planning and executing the transition of services to be offshored, including internal due diligence and governance requirements. In this position, you will report directly to the Vice President, MGS Head of Performance and Rewards (P&R), GHR, and interact with senior leaders and team members globally to drive GHR P&R target operating model outcomes. This is a full-time role with scheduling flexibility for global meetings. Your responsibilities also include: - Leading offshoring intake of benefits administration processes and administering benefits via various platforms - Supporting global wellbeing initiatives and EAP, vendor management, and benefits cost analysis - Maintaining documentation, SLAs, and service performance related to benefits administration - Partnering with Onshore BU/COE teams for global P&R agenda delivery - Mentoring junior administrators to ensure service delivery standards are met Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred - 5+ years of offshoring experience in a global P&R COE - Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft tools and Workday experience preferred Join us as we transform HR services and add deeper value to the business through efficient delivery and global alignment.,
