Role: Manager B2B Sales & Business Development

Exp: 10 Years+

Location Gurugram HR

Industry- Interiors Design and Architecture / Luxury Fitouts

Job Role and Profile

  1. Business Development: Build and maintain

    relationships with

    Channel Partners, Architects, and Interior Design firms.

  2. B2B Sales, Marketing Branding & Business Development

  3. Ensure P&L Improvement and meet quarterly Sales-Revenue Targets

  4. Generate leads

    for upcoming

    Retail, Commercial, Office Space and Luxury Residential fit-outs

    and drive them to successful closures.
  5. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute Strategic Sales plans to achieve company targets.

  6. Drive the sales process from initial planning to final closure.

  7. Team Collaboration:

    Responsible for

    Customer Experience & Relationship Management.

  8. Work closely with

    Design, Marketing, and Execution teams to ensure seamless delivery of interior fit-out projects.

  9. Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset, bringing structure and innovation to sales processes.

  10. Lead with

    exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, motivating teams to excel.

  11. Industry Expertise: Core experience in Real Estate/ Interior Design/ Furnishing sectors

  12. Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

  13. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  14. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  15. Design and develop the

    Sales Metrics, hospitality management of Walk in Client/customers and efficient handling of showroom

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Shall have 8+ Years of Exp in Interior/ Architecture/ Furnishing

B2B and B2C Sales and Business Development

3. Lead Generation, Lead Qualification and Prospecting

4. Develop Sales Funnel and Revenue Maximization

5. Solutions Selling and Cross Sales of Products and Services

6. Leadership and Team Player, Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
