Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end
employee lifecycle processes
(onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, exits).
Oversee
HR operations, payroll inputs, benefits administration, attendance, and leave management
.
Ensure
statutory compliance
with labor laws and HR policies.
Implement and monitor
HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
.
Manage and maintain employee records
Drive
process improvement, automation, and HR analytics
to improve efficiency.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure timely resolution.
Lead and mentor the HR operations team, ensuring service excellence.
Generate and present
HR dashboards and reports
to management.
Ensure adherence to organizational values, culture, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA / Master s / Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4 10 years of experience in HR operations with at least 1 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage high-volume HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
