Position: Manager
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Education: MBA / PGDM (Preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Manager who will oversee overall daily operations, handle RMS & CMS activities, and perform data analysis for reporting and decision-making. The candidate must be strong in coordination, system monitoring, data handling, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:Daily Operations

• Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities.
• Coordinate with field teams for installation, maintenance, and service-related tasks.
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

RMS/CMS Handling

• Monitor RMS (Remote Monitoring System) & CMS portals daily.
• Track the working status of units, signal loss, complaints, and alerts.
• Prepare RMS/CMS reports and share with management.
• Follow up with teams for rectification of system issues.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze installation, service, RMS/CMS, and performance data.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.
• Identify gaps, trends, and performance issues using data insights.
• Maintain accurate data in Excel and other internal systems.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, field staff, and management.
• Provide updates, issue escalation, and resolution tracking.
• Manage documentation, MIS records, and file management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in Operations/Management or relevant field.
• 3–6 years experience in operations management, monitoring systems, or data handling.
• Strong knowledge of RMS/CMS platforms (training can be provided if needed).
• Excellent skills in Excel, MIS, and Data Analysis.
• Good communication and team-handling ability.
• Problem-solving approach with the ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
