Key Responsibilities:
Identify and track relevant Government and Private tender/bidding opportunities.
Analyze RFPs/RFQs and coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and financial inputs.
Prepare, compile, and submit complete bid documents within stipulated deadlines.
Maintain organized records of submitted bids, outcomes, and contract awards.
Coordinate post-bid activities including clarifications, technical presentations, and negotiations.
Requirements:
2–5 years of proven experience in tender/bid management.
Strong understanding of Government/Private tender processes.
Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
