Manager

Olga Productions is seeking an experienced and dependable Manager to oversee daily operations, manage teams, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth execution of production-related activities. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within the dynamic environment of film production.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Team Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the office and production activities.
• Manage and supervise office staff, production assistants, and administrative roles.
• Ensure all departments are functioning efficiently and meeting deadlines.

Planning & Coordination

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate shoots, meetings, and production timelines.
• Liaise with clients, directors, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Work closely with the accountant and management on budgeting, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Approve purchases, vendor payments, and production requirements.
• Maintain necessary production documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.

Leadership & Problem Solving

• Address production issues or delays and provide timely solutions.
• Support management in decision-making and strategic planning.
• Represent the company during external meetings or negotiations when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
