Job Description

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Operational OversightManage day-to-day logistics operations for full truck load and dispatchesClosing indents within the defined TAT.Maintain daily dispatch and tracking data.Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of the goods and collections during delivery.Onboarding of new transporters.🔹 Vendor & Supplier CoordinationBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and transporters.Ensure Purchase orders are shared with the suppliers in real time without delay.Monitoring timely vehicle placements at the supplier location and pick up as per SLA.🔹 Team LeadershipLead, train, and motivate wholesale and logistics teams.Allocate duties, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs.Promote a safety-first culture and enforce healthy environment.🔹 Process ImprovementIdentify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.Montor compliance Dashboards related to Wholesale and Operations team.Automate repetitive tasks through optimization and product development.Set and monitor KPIs for productivity, accuracy, and cost savings.🔹 Customer FulfilmentEnsure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders.Address and resolve delivery issues, product returns, and complaints.Monitor customer satisfaction related to operational aspects.🔹 Reporting & CompliancePrepare and share periodic reports on operations, stock, costs, and productivity.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.Manage documentation related to procurement, stock, and shipping.
