Job Summary:

• Good understanding of accounting functions and processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with Process Analysis and Automation Identification
• Revenue Data Working Automation/Accounts Payable Automation/Accounts Receivable Automation/Payroll Automation/Expense Management Automation/Data Entry Automation
• Contribute to the development of best practices for accounting automation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions
• Timely execution and completion of the identified automation opportunities.

Qualifications:

• CA/CPA/master’s in accounting & finance or Equivalent
• Knowledge of US GAAP Preferable
• Strong Understanding of Accounting & Finance Theory

Experience:

• Proficiency in Accounting Software NetSuite, Oracle, SQL, Advanced excel
• Relevant experience in preparation of Financial and Management accounts in a multi-site, decentralized organization.
• Firsthand experience of accounting, planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate financial issues with non-finance professionals and volunteers.
• Problem solving ability.
• Strong team player.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines.
