Executive Assistant

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in EA or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong management skills.
• Problem solving & critical thinking.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, collecting relevant materials, and distributing them to participants. During meetings, take minutes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, partners, and vendors. Handle inquiries, facilitate communication, and build positive relationships on behalf of the executive.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information, exercising discretion and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. Demonstrate professionalism and trustworthiness in handling sensitive matters.
• Assist with various projects, both independent and collaborative, by conducting research, coordinating tasks, and providing general support to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Assist with ad hoc requests and special assignments that may arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in their role.

• Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence – ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrable strategic thinking and big picture thinking abilities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Confidence, capability to handle projects, tasks management.
