Role Overview

Management Trainee – Business Development

sales, business development, and student engagement

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Lead Conversion (Primary Responsibility)

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents using provided lead data.
• Explain course offerings, benefits, and learning outcomes clearly and convincingly.
• Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads to convert them into confirmed admissions.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

2. Student Counseling & Relationship Management

• Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs.
• Handle objections professionally and guide students through the admission process.
• Build trust and maintain positive relationships to ensure successful conversions.

3. Lead Management & Reporting

• Update lead status, call outcomes, and follow-up details accurately in CRM or tracking sheets.
• Prepare and submit daily activity and conversion reports to the reporting manager.

4. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth admission onboarding.
• Support walk-in inquiries and assist with admission documentation when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
• Strong verbal communication skills in

  English and Malayalam

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Willingness to undergo a

  6-month internship/apprenticeship
