The Program:

This is not just a job; it's the start of a career. Our Management Trainee program is a structured, fast-track rotational program designed to develop the next generation of retail sales leaders in the dynamic Fruit & Vegetable (F&V) industry. You will gain hands-on experience across all facets of our retail sales operations, from supply chain and procurement to in-store merchandising and key account management.

What You Will Do:

As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through key business functions to build a comprehensive understanding of our operations. Your responsibilities will grow as you progress through the program and will include:

Retail Operations & Merchandising:

• Work directly with our retail partners to understand their needs and challenges.
• Learn the art and science of visual merchandising for fresh produce to drive sales and reduce waste.
• Assist in creating and implementing promotional strategies and in-store displays.

Sales & Key Account Management:

• Support Senior Sales Managers in managing relationships with key retail accounts (supermarkets, hypermarkets, etc.).
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behaviors within the fresh produce market.
• Participate in sales meetings, negotiations, and presentations to clients.

Supply Chain & Quality Control:

• Gain exposure to our sourcing, logistics, and cold-chain management to understand how we maintain peak freshness.
• Learn our rigorous quality control standards and how to inspect produce for quality, ripeness, and compliance.

Business Development:

• Conduct market research to identify new retail opportunities and competitor strategies.
• Contribute to projects aimed at expanding our retail footprint and penetrating new markets.

Who We Are Looking For:

Education: A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.

Passion for Produce: A genuine interest in the food, agriculture, or retail industry is essential. You should be excited by the challenge of working with fresh, perishable goods.

Ambitious & Results-Driven: You are a self-starter with a strong desire to learn, grow, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Excellent Communicator: You possess strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. You can build relationships easily with both internal teams and external clients.

Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with numbers, analyzing sales data, and using insights to make informed decisions.

Adaptable & Resilient: The F&V industry is fast-paced and dynamic. You must be able to think on your feet, solve problems creatively, and thrive under pressure.

Mobility: Willingness to travel to various retail locations within the assigned region.
