Role Overview:

Management Trainee – Events & Marketing

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Assist in

  planning, marketing, and execution

  of INTIMASIA & Source NXT exhibitions.
• Support the

  sales & business development team

  with lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication.
• Coordinate with exhibitors, visitors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
• Conduct

  market research

  to identify new brands, retailers, associations, and partnership opportunities.
• Assist in

  digital marketing activities

  , including social media engagement, WhatsApp campaigns, and content development.
• Maintain and update

  Excel trackers, MIS reports, and PowerPoint presentations

  for management review.
• Work on

  visitor promotions

  by networking with industry professionals through LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Provide

  onsite support

  during exhibitions, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless event execution.

Skills Required:

• Strong

  communication skills

  (verbal & written) with a professional client-facing approach.
• Good working knowledge of

  MS Excel & PowerPoint

  (data management, presentations, reporting).
• Ability to network effectively using

  LinkedIn & social platforms

  for business connections.
• Interest and enthusiasm for the

  events, exhibitions, and fashion/apparel industry

  .
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability to support marketing initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to

  multitask under deadlines

  .
• Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a

  fast-paced environment
