The candidate will be responsible for the following functions: Program Management: The candidate will maintain the threads of major programs and initiatives of the organization being run across Growth, Operations, Partnerships, Technology & Product. This involves maintaining the Program objectives, Program / Project Plan, RAG status reporting, Monitoring and Tracking Program timelines and Objectives Individual Contributor: The candidate being a Management Trainee will pitch in across a few major functions of the organization as an individual contributor. 2A. Marketing functions: A few functions in the Marketing department which comprises of SEO, Digital ads management, Social Media Marketing, Promotional activities, Partnerships, coordination with agencies etc 2B. Operations, Strategy & Finance: A few day-to-day Business Operational activities, Data Analysis & Strategy Attitude, Key Skill Sets 1. Passion and confidence to grow in a startup environment 2. Generalist eager to learn multiple functions in a lean organization with entrepreneurial attitude 3. Excellent analytical skills 4. Curiosity to understand business beyond the departmental boundaries 5. Strong commitment and integral work ethic 6. Flexibility to operate cross-functionally in an ever-changing business environment 7. Excellent inter-personal skills needed to liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners and vendors 8. Must be an expert user of Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT. 9. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 10. Team player with Leadership qualities Qualifications 1. MBA (Any specialization) fresher OR B.Tech / BBA / BMS / B.Com graduate with 1-2 year experience with entrepreneurial attitude 2. Candidates with internships in Startup environment would be preferred
