Job Description / About the Role: We are looking for bright, motivated individuals ready to kickstart their careers through a structured 6-month training and probation program. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to diverse business functions and have the opportunity to be deployed across different roles in Share Trading, Insurance Broking, or People Solutions (Recruitment & HR Services).

This is your chance to explore multiple career paths, understand the Indian business landscape, and build a foundation for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured and hands-on training program (6 months) covering industry knowledge, business processes and client engagement.
• Rotate across various roles/functions to gain exposure in Share Trading, Insurance Broking and People Solutions.
• Support business operations, client servicing, and internal projects under mentorship.
• Assist in research, analysis and reporting to drive business decisions.
• Build relationships with teams across cities and functions.
• Contribute to process improvements and innovative solutions in day-to-day operations.

• Prior internships or exposure to corporate environment is advantageous.
