Job Description

As an L&D Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the training and development initiatives within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting in identifying training needs, aiding in the design and development of training materials, and coordinating the logistics for training sessions. Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating training programs, monitoring training effectiveness, and managing the Learning Management System (LMS). Key Responsibilities: - Identify training needs by conducting surveys, gathering feedback, and engaging in discussions - Support the design and development of training materials to meet the identified needs - Coordinate the logistics for various training sessions to ensure smooth delivery - Facilitate and co-facilitate training programs to engage participants effectively - Track and analyze the effectiveness of training initiatives for continuous improvement - Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless access to training materials - Assist in the execution of leadership development programs to nurture talent within the organization - Collaborate with external trainers and vendors to bring diverse expertise to the training programs - Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the field of Learning & Development - Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on training activities for stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Strong interest in corporate learning, training, and employee development - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with participants - Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) would be advantageous - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and assess training reports for insights - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new concepts and methodologies - Openness to adopting AI-driven learning approaches to enhance training effectiveness This job provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about learning and development to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.,
