Role & responsibilities Assist in Quantity Take-off and preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Support the preparation of Work Orders and Purchase Orders. Organize tender negotiation meetings with vendors/ contractors.Organize tender negotiation meetings with Vendors/ Contractors.Manage the tendering and procurement process, ensuring the selection, shortlisting, and appointment of contractors and suppliers.Conduct continuous market research into new, alternative, and efficient products to meet design requirements.Manage contracts/subcontracts in compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contractual terms.Analyze and assess potential impacts of contractual disputes, supporting negotiations for resolution.Conduct vendor selection process/ pre-qualification of contractor before award of contract for different categories.Work with external and internal consultants to review and customize tender documents based on specific project needs.Provide support to the site team & QS team in smooth closure of the contract, in the documentation and handover to the site operations team.Participate in commercial negotiation meetings to secure the best contract terms.Ensure timely preparation of Work Orders, including technical specifications, pricing, quality standards, quantities, and delivery schedules.Maintain proper documentation throughout contracts stages and provide regular updates/ MIS reports to Senior Management.
