Senior Manager - Drawing & Design Coordinator

As a Sr. Manager in Design & Drawing Coordination, you will be responsible for ensuring that design elements align with project goals and timelines, acting as a conduit between the design team, clients, and other stakeholders. Your role will involve managing information flow and resources to help projects stay on track and realize the creative vision efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include understanding concept architecture and deliberating with main and liaison architect, developing coordinated drawings including RCP with the help of all consultants & internal stakeholders, being in constant dialogue with authorized structural consultants, architects, and landscape consultants, and making relevant presentations after discussions with senior management/stakeholders. You will need to have deep understanding in Architecture/Structural Architecture, provide inputs to the Project Manager on all drawing/design-related matters, and understand the requirements of the BD/Sales team to appraise the same to relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for issuing all GFC drawings to the contractors/related teams, examining architectural and engineering drawings for inconsistencies and design efficiencies, monitoring on-site activities, collaborating with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders, and troubleshooting design-related issues during construction. You will also need to prepare and give PPT presentations as required and ensure compliance with local building codes for design implementation. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum qualification of B. Arch/M. Arch, along with 12+ years of experience. Special skills and attributes required include proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or Sketch Up), problem-solving skills, effective communication (written & verbal), time management, knowledge of building codes, and expertise in preparing & providing PPT presentations.
