As a professional in the Architecture & Project Delivery team reporting to the VP - Projects, your role will involve playing an essential part in ensuring that design elements align with project goals and timelines. Acting as a bridge between the design team, clients, and other stakeholders, you will manage information flow and resources to keep projects on track and efficiently realize the creative vision. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand concept architecture and collaborate with main and liaison architects. - Develop coordinated drawings, including RCP, with the assistance of all consultants and internal stakeholders (Structural, MEP, etc.). - Engage in constant dialogue with authorized structural consultants, architects, landscape consultants, etc., and implement design changes with the approval of senior management. - Implement Value Engineering practices. - Deliver relevant presentations and create MOM after discussions with Senior Management/stakeholders. - Demonstrate deep understanding in Architecture and Structural Architecture. - Provide continuous input to the Project Manager regarding drawing/design-related matters. - Comprehend the requirements of the BD/Sales team and communicate them to relevant stakeholders. - Obtain internal approvals as necessary. - Issue all GFC drawings to contractors/related teams. - Review architectural and engineering drawings for inconsistencies and design efficiencies, ensuring alignment with project requirements. - Monitor on-site activities, track progress, and address construction issues in collaboration with contractors, architects, and stakeholders. - Assist in plan and specification analysis, offering clear interpretations of the design and drawings for construction to ensure project requirements are understood by all parties. - Estimate project durations and identify necessary resources for expense forecasts to manage budgets effectively. - Evaluate Design Possibilities. - Conduct meticulous reviews of plans to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Adapt to unexpected challenges, troubleshoot design-related issues during construction, and find appropriate solutions. - Prepare and deliver PPT presentations as required to relevant personnel. - Ensure compliance and safety in design implementation by understanding local building codes. **Qualifications:** - B. Arch / M. Arch degree - Minimum of 12+ years of experience - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Sketch Up - Strong problem-solving skills - Effective communication skills (written & verbal) - Excellent time management abilities to maintain TAT - Knowledge of Building Codes - Expertise in preparing and providing PPT presentations This role is based in Kolkata, Diamond Harbour Road, Alipore, Kolkata 700027.
