As a Senior Executive in the Purchase department of Finance & Accounts division, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of all materials and services required by various departments in the Center. Your role will involve developing a strong vendor base, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing efficient procurement processes. To excel in this role, you should possess a BCom degree along with an MBA in Finance (Purchase) and have around 3-4 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years focused on operational requirements procurement. Additionally, you should have a sound knowledge of Accounting Standards & Systems and an understanding of Statutory/Regulatory Compliance Management. Your key responsibilities will include formulating the Centre's procurement strategy and procedures, developing the Annual Procurement Plan, managing vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to procurement processes, and monitoring delivery schedules. You will also be required to prepare purchase orders, negotiate contractual terms, and support in cost control through procurement expenditure analysis. This position is based in Pune, Viman Nagar, and is a full-time day job in the Purchase & Stores department of the Mall Business organization.
