Senior Executive - Purchase

As a Senior Executive in the Purchase department within the Finance & Accounts division, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of all materials and services required by various departments in the Center. Your main objective will be to manage efficient procurement processes and establish effective vendor development and relationship management. Your key responsibilities will include formulating the Center's procurement strategy and procedures, developing the Annual Procurement Plan based on departmental requirements, managing vendor relationships, identifying reliable suppliers, ensuring adherence to procurement processes, preparing purchase orders, monitoring delivery schedules, implementing risk mitigation plans, and supporting the preparation of reports and cost analysis. To excel in this role, you should have a BCom degree along with an MBA in Finance (Purchase) and possess around 3-4 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years focused on operational procurement. Special skills required include sound knowledge of accounting standards and systems, as well as an understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance management. This full-time position is based in Pune, Viman Nagar, and offers a standard work schedule within the Mall Business organization.
